Set in its own beautiful mature gardens with carob trees giving rise to the name, this lovely, luxury villa is built to a traditional Portuguese design. It stands in a quiet part of Clube Albufeira resort, about 2 Km north west of Albufeira with all the facilities of the resort including pools, only three minutes walk away.

The villa has a superb, fully fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces. It is equipped with a fan-assisted oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, juicer fridge and a freezer with a utility room containing a washing machine, an iron and ironing board and outside clothes drier.

The spacious lounge/dining area has a double sofa bed with satellite television, DVD, CD player and radio, air conditioning/heating, woodburner, and other quality furnishings. The marble dining table will seat eight. The lounge doors open on to a south facing veranda with cane patio furniture.

There are two large twin-bedded bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, each having its own en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom has access to a veranda and garden area. There is a further separate WC and wash basin.

Outside there is a built in barbeque on the flat roof with a table, chairs and sun loungers, or you can dine in the garden under a parasol. A hire car can be parked in the shade of the car port.
